While I agree it is important to address these in terms of intercultural communication, I was sad to see|||"Students like the short essays, which is a sign of the times. To me this is both a strength and weakness in the book. The strength comes from the "I" focus so that the voices are revealed in a way most of my students have not encountered before this book, so
