I did like the ease of moving throughout the book. I loved having a digital version instead of a awkward book to haul around. Not a bad book, but I wouldn't have bought it on my own, too expensive. Several sections were extremely dry|About the Author|Redmond is the executive director of Spectrum Youth and Family Services in Burlington, Vermont.
